Floral, slight mineral. Dry, mid- acidity, beautiful texture.

Rich. Honey driven, slight petrol. Dry, mid acidity. Mid- bitterness, well balanced.

Ripe yellow apple and Asian pear, apricot, and peach. White flowers and that wonderful petro. M+ acid, m body. Long finish. Lean with noticeable minerality on the palate. Beautiful.

Unreal. 7 years old and I still feel like this bottle is gonna no to hold up really well for the next 20.
