2012 vintage. Pale lemon hue. Quite round on the nose and creamy oak, ripe lemon and short-cake - reminds me of Chablis but with less minerality. On the palate, powerful attack of concentrated ripe lemon fruits and hints of apricot. High acidity, medium body and medium plus concentration. Real bite on the finish. There's an elegance in the mid palate and a decent finish. Good now but drink until 2025.

Racy and vibrant, very mineral. Too young.

One of the discoveries of the vintage so far, but more so how far Lamy has come in his wines that aren't St.-Aubin, this is outstanding.

Intriguing nose that keeps you coming back. Mineral palate, lanolin and balance.

J'aurais parié sur un 2011. Manque de hauteur.

Very round and progressively open White Burgundy. Pairs with salt baked Branzino with cappers and lemon. C’est magnifique.

Thank god for this winemaker. Had a night of duds and turned to this bad boy for dinner. First sips were wildly racy with massive amounts of acid and mineral finish. Drank like Chablis. Let it sit for 15 min and lost most of the fruit but still very enjoyable with buttery garlic chicken.

This is the haute densité bottle. 2018 is acidic and has less minerality. Thought it would be more fruit forward, but it’s just balanced. Needs a few more years to age.
