Again lean-thin but clean. Beautiful white citrus, light honey, beautiful chalk, soft minerals & sea fossils. For those that live extremely delicate.

Very precise minerality and structure still a baby but very enjoyable

Bright and crisp acidity, slightly oxidized. Really great balance. Hint of green papaya towards green apple. But cream and minerality keep it great.
