Just had another ‘15, in my cellar for 2 years, aged well. Medium lemon with aromas of white flesh fruits, spice and subtle herb notes. On the palate pear and ripe melon flavors with grassy herbs and mild pepper tones. Well balanced, medium finish ending with lemon zest and yeasty notes. Very Nice, wish I had another ‘15.
