Initial impression was fat, jammy syrup. But over a few days it balanced out and opened up to offer an impressive last sip.

Quite a big, full bodied wine. Nice bouquet. Aroma explodes in your mouth. Delicious by itself or with food. Makes me want to explore other Margaret River Cab Savs.
