07' Hourglass Blueline Cabernet Vineyard. Palate- Silky, full-bodied. Subtle wood( slightly sweet) good acidity. Cedar, licorice, red & black fruits. Long & inviting finish. Very enjoyable! Tasting much better than it did just a few years ago. Drinking great NOW... 5/7 great years in it.

I had not visited this wine in several year but took the opportunity to do so today. Boy was that a great call. While the nose was tame the flavors are of dark cooked fruits and the tannins, sweet. The alcohol serves as a prefect envelop to deliver the complex layers of this voluptuous sexy wine which can hold your attention for a 30 finish which might be beyond the attention span of @Bill Bender but well within @Roman Sukley wheelhouse. This is just a great effort by #JeffSmith and winemaker @Robert Foley
