Voluptuous aroma of overripe berry, rotting flowers, cheese rind, animal musk and barnyard that unfortunately blew off quickly. If this wine were a song it would be "Dead Flowers" by the Stones. That's a compliment. Quite structured on the palate, serious and masculine stuff. Wild strawberry, black cherry, spice, leather, mothballs. Beefy, silky. Killer.

first Burg Parker ever rated 100. Started out musty, question of VA, opened nicely but didn’t wow. Good.
