Oh my! My first wine of 2023 and it’s so delicious! My friend gave it to me for a new year gift. Blackberry, dark cherry, slightly peppery but yet so smooth. Happy New Year!

Full, red fruit nose. Light notes of red fruit and moderate tannins. Finish is predominated by alcohol. OK for the price point.

Smooth, mellow cab. Lots of tannins, but not overly dry. Reminds me of some European wines with the fullness of a cab. Peppery finish.

I was quite amazed how smooth it was. Heavier and full bodied tannins, but very smooth and balanced with cherry notes.
