May 10th, 2018Luscious red currents, fresh leather, wet tobacco, dry dirt, tomato leaf and vine. Great vivacious acid. An excellent pairing for The Room and a beef stew!

Dec 20th, 2017Deep crimson red colour. Ripe dark cherries, blackcurrant and spices on the nose with a bit of oak. Full of ripe dark fruits on the palate with very fine tannins. Moderately long finish. It was great with rare porterhouse steak. Perfect for Friday dinner with family.
