AP 23. A blend of two parcels, Pio and Herbert. A pure beam of energy, almost dry tasting as the acidity is absolutely scintillating. Lots of subtleties, this one is icy, pure and crystalline. An absolute joy. Truly classic Saar riesling and always the first bottle emptied.
