This hasn't budged during the interim. Apple, peach, pear with lime on the finish. The standard hallmarks of Falkenstein are present with the extra midpalate density seen in so many 2019
German riesling. Classy. Fresh. Clean
This 2019 is just getting started. It is delicious in this youthful, energetic state. I cannot wait to see where this goes as it develops over time in the cellar.

Lovely green apple. Not rocking my world but good. Very vibrant. Nice to be a cool kid. ... ok. After some thought this is overrated. There is a hint of willi Schaefer green apple jolly rancher but that’s it.
