2019 is 100% Pinot noir. Nose is wonderful. Flowers, dark berries, baking spices, red apple skins, bit of earth. Palate is bigger than you’d expect. Big tannin, dusty red fruits, more herbs and baking spice, dried cherries, good tannin. It’s big a brawny but there’s this underlying lovely light flavors that continue to evolve on the palate. Will likely age for many years.

This is atypical Pinot noir. Seemed more like valdigue or cool climate Grenache. Tons of mineral and tart fruit flavors. Definitely flowers and spice as well. Big tannin at the end. Interesting and would like to see where this goes in 5-10 years.
