Hirsch Vineyards
East Ridge Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Sweet and sour cherry. Not quite the depth or length that I've enjoyed from Hirsch in the past. The 2017 East Ridge Pinot is tasty but not close to the wonderful wines I'm used to from this estate.

May 17th, 2020This wine was really nicely balanced and wonderfully delicious. Dried earth and fruit on the palate. Really enjoying the subtleties of that coastal Pinots give.

May 7th, 2022Delightful Pinot Noir. On the lighter side of medium, dry, smooth, balanced with lovely red berries.

Dec 15th, 2020Wow. Just wow. This is the Sonoma Pinot I've been waiting for. The moment it hits your nose you understand what you're dealing with.
Lovely, lovely bouquet. Hint of lemon, raspberries, cherry, whiff of vanilla. Light body, medium acidity. Fruit forward with mild tannins and a long, dry finish.
