At Primrose in DC. My first truly “natural” wine. Evolved multiple times in 2 hrs. Started out with good tannins and acid. Within 20 minutes, I finally learned what “barnyard” means. After an hour, to me, it tasted like pork night at your favorite Thai restaurant.
