Great single Vineyard Napa Howell Mountain Cab. Aromas of cassis, mint and dried herbs. Flavors of dark cherry, cassis with rocky notes. Smooth tannins. Great QPR for a Napa Cab.

A ~$40 bottle that drinks like an $80 bottle. Good structure, with a solid oak and cassis finish. This is what cab is supposed to taste like.

Jul 15th, 2018Solid and smooth. Not very much berry notes, but some blueberry on the finish with a tiny bit of leather. Definitely a good value in the $40-45 price range if you can acquire it for that.
