Wow! I wish it fit into my column but I’m concentrating on Champagne methods for that but this! Oh this. Uses a tank and I can’t help but think that is the best way to let pungeant and sassy wine settle in. Which they do in this gem. I’d never had a savvy b bubbly much less a NZ one. So happy I did. I wanted to hug say pretty much all of the winemakers tonight and take them home for vegan meatloaf. So much soul and so much deliciousness at @Delectable Wine ‘s Effervescence LA.
