Opened up with some air to reveal ripe plum, confectionary sugar, nutmeg. A bit of raisin, but still a nice treat.

Beautifully woven fruit and spice without a hint of age. Still seems as fresh as the day it was bottled. Such a treat to see how good Zin can progress.
