Melon, crisp, slightly liquorish. Somewhat (a little) bit of minerality. Delish as an aperitif wine or with food. I had it with scallops prepared with a frame of Armagnac. So so good. Buy it if you can find it. Not widely available. A treat. Oh. And an excellent “value” wine. But. It’s all relative but it’s about &20 in New York!

Mineral driven white. Straw gold color. Yellow apple with a hint of pink grapefruit and lime zest. Lots of acidity and brightness. Great body and balance. Quite good. Thanks John
