* Overall - Refreshing, good with or without food. No complexity in flavors/aromas, but that’s not a bad thing, it’s simple and elegant.
* On the Nose - faint scent of stones
* Acidity - medium; balanced
* Body - light to medium
* Sweetness - low
* Taste - minerality. Slight grapefruit.
