2011. Mostly Sauv Blanc with a little Semillon. Some oak here...but doesn't taste overtly oaky on the palate. Soft texture and very gentle. Pairs well with shellfish, candlelight, and Barry White music.

The Canadian wine everyone should be drinking. Deep but soft grapefruit nose not harsh and first sip was more of the same with an oily richness from the semillon. Absolutely delicious
