Mmm, not that much going on here. Nice on the nose, the fact that its unfiltered is great. Needs more aging or something to give it a spark.

Impressive nose of stems and dark cherry. Smooth, bright, nicely extracted fine berry and undergrowth on a beautifully dry frame of fine tannin that suggests this can age nicely. Again, 🇨🇦 rocking it! Who knew?
