Wood, licorice, a then cherry arrives (breathe deep). Carries an age and brightness in flavor that can’t be possible but is nice. Plum, and cherry come through. Very nice.

Nose of stewed plums, cassis, and black pepper. Nice and smooth this! Low tannins, dry, and tart. Reminds me of an old world style. Delish!

Love this paired with beef barley salad! The wine displays ample aromas and rich flavors of blackberry, dried blueberries, black cherries and vanilla along with floral notes.
