The Hess Collection ‘Allomi’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2014: Medium-full bodied. Great structure & tannins. Bold dark fruits. Complex flavors of blackberry, plum, vanilla, tobacco, leather & oak. Nice smooth & long finish. Overall, a true Napa Valley Cabernet, at an amazing price point. It was an elegant & delicious vintage which definitely punched above its weigh class. Great week to all!
