Blanc. Grape is pinot blanc not Chardonnay. This wine is sick. Sick. Sick unctuous internal aromatics. Great acidity. Long finish. His only white and it's sick. Wow. Wow. Wow.

Honey, burgundy-soil-in-the-morning, and deeply fruited nose. Lowish alcohol forming the structure for chubby flavors of minerals and earthy pear juice. Decent acids and pure pure finish. Totally gluggable, bit nice to ponder too. Reminds me of a fantastic 78 Macon Vire I had in the early 80s when I was just getting into wine. Weird how flavors and smells can transport the mind back and dredge up old memories.
