Real nice - 28 months on the lees picking up some creaminess. @Adrienne Zhan picked up some Swedish Fish (fruit and glycerin?) Honey, hay, and a string of flavors we’ll just call “Greek salad” (lemon, oregano/thyme). Clear, lemon yellow, medium-fine bubbles.
