Darker than usual Pinot. Smoky, rustic, even blood, violet, plum, leather and a little bit passion fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is highly extracted, plum, sour cherry, med-high tannin, good structure. Not a typical Pinot at all, even bolder than most California Pinot, I'm very impressed by this. ❤️ 15.1% alc. 2014 vintage

This is a monster (truck) pinot. 16.1% hooch. Tastes like spiced plum cake. It's pretty much unrecognizable as pinot but is still enjoyable. A bit of heat on the finish but not as much as you would expect.
