Bloodstone Shiraz

Sooo good.

Spicy plum, blackberry and cherry.

Medium body quite balanced.

Although it’s rated very dry, it has a very delightful sweetness to its strong taste. Awesome Shiraz.

Not as peppery as expected. Light and sweet🦉

Way way way better after aeration.

Easy drinking wine, light tannins fruit forward, somewhat balanced. Enjoyed with honey wine mustard braised cabbage and apple sauce with pork roast.

Blueberry, cherry, fresh fruit and a little spice - fruit forward and soft tannins.

Good wine.
