Gorgeous depth of blackcurrant, and a dusty minerally note. Lightly minty. Good meaty fullness, dark fruited, quite warming, quite soft on grip and acid, therefore quite forward. Good.

Double decant and pour(lots of chunky/fine sediment). A sublime dark ruby red color. On the nose: prunes, very musky forest floor, pine, cedar. Taste: smooth, creamy, juicy medium body wine with faded fruit notes of plum and some cherry, cedar, tobacco, pencil lead with a medium finish.
A fav producer though this is not a fav vintage of theirs, and actually saw Jennifer around 6 years ago and she agreed the fruit was fading on the 07s and should be drunk sooner than later.

Taste: A rich, creamy medium plus body wine with mouth coating flavors of red fruit, spice, chocolate, smokey bbq, caramel, and a espresso pencil lead medium plus finish. YUM! really came together since I had a couple years ago.

Taste: Creamy, juicy, medium to full body, with lush tannins coating the mouth leading to red plum, cedar, earth, caramel, minerals and a cherry espresso medium plus finish. YUM!!

This is just perfect smooth California Cabernet. Lots of plum and a little tart cherry but very velvety with some flinty graphite at the end.
