Double decant (moderate sediment) and pour. An alluring dark inky/purple color. On the nose: cherry, floral, cassis, and hints of cinnamon. Taste: BlackBerry, black cherry, spice, with chocolate/pencil lead at the end...nicely integrated and lush mouth feel ....medium length finish..definitely got a few more years in it if you can wait.

Deep Ruby. Herb, sage, white pepper and dark fruit on the nose. Red and dark fruit on the intense palate, with a strong tannic grip. Long finish.

Smoked and grilled meat with an earthy nose soft black fruit and ripe plums well balanced with a long beautiful finish.

Hatef to open Herb Lamb Vineyard, but went to pull the 07, noticed the cork protruding so opened it & decanting. The nose is jammy with black cherry, and black berry with hint of spice in the aromatics. The palate shows black fruit with menthol, vanilla& cedar/cigar box. The finish lingers with coffee & caramel. Will update
