Finally opening this wine from Jennifer’s farewell luncheon and it is exquisite! Mike Trujillo’s winemaking prowess is on display and there is the perfect blend of strength and finesse with this wine. I love these wines and sad we don’t get to look forward to more vintages of her brand but glad that TRB has taken the reigns of what the vineyard has to offer.

Killer bottle from Ben. Lots of red and black fruits on the nose. Sweet vanilla too. Palate showed lots of fruit medley but it shined on the finish. Pipe tobacco and plum. Stunning complexity. If you have this, don’t miss this drinking window.

One of my favorite growers in the Napa Valley. The rating on this wine from other users is way off. Fantastic producer with soul and kindness that is truly reflected in the end product. Jennifer and Herb, thank you.

Double decant (lots of chunky sediment). A resplendent dark ruby red color. Nose: red fruit, pine, wet forest floor, cedar, brown sugar cinnamon. Taste: soft mouthfeel with some fading fruit - black cherry, tobacco, chocolate, and graphite. Medium acidity with a medium finish....drink em if you got em!
