Very drinkable. Not too dry nor too sweet

Lemon zest, petrol, honeycomb. Round, luscious, and tropical. Slight sweetness balanced by medium plus acidity. Lemon juice on the finish. Pair with spicy Asian flavors.

Classic nose - petrol, rubber, yellow flowers, tropical starfruit and guava. Nimble on the palate and well balanced between acid, and fresh tropical fruit. Think pineapple juice on the cutting board. Crisp green apple too. Feels like a great pair with aperitifs, grilled white fish, or Asian food.
