Henry’s Seven is a full-bodied red blend, made from 66% Shiraz, 15 % Grenache, 10 % Mourvèdre (locally known as Mataro) and 9% Viognier. Affluent aromas of black cherry, dark plum, fig, cedar, black pepper, and clove on the nose; dusty and dry on the palate with integrated tannins.
