Not usually a Beaujolais fan but thoroughly enjoying this. I think since it has a bit more structure and less of the bland fruity Beaujolais stereotype. Sour cherry and mossy earth on the nose. Sour cherry, earth, thyme on the tongue. Very good!

Aged Cru Beaujolais? Yes please. Secondary aromas and flavors with a core of candied fruits. Some tannins too.
