Brouilly Crus du Beaujolais Gamay

This is what a good Beaujolais should be. Dark cherry, strawberry, minerality and great acid. Refreshing with a nice mouthfeel and finish. All for $15/bottle.

A lot of fruit!!!
Red Cherry, strawberry, redcurrant with a bit of plum and pastry taste like a red fruit pie!
Some spices and flowers as well like pepper and elderflower
No tannin at all

Underrated region, OK wine

Solid, not massively exciting. Waitrose £10. 6.5/10
