Tasty, but mostly just acid. Impression of a big chunk of lactic. Will it soften with time? Butternut/chestnut soup didn't help much.

Clear yellow straw in the glass. The nose is warm and inviting after around or so with lemon and flowers for days. The oak is wonderful and so are the slight apple notes. Butterscotch and rose petals with sea spray. A lovely, lovely bouquet.

So, so very young but such a nice Burgundy. Nice acid and mouthfeel. Energetic as all get out and very refined. After plenty of air and time, it changes pretty drastically. Starts off a tad creamy but really becomes a beautiful bouncing ball of vitality and vigor. Outstanding and under the radar, stock up on these.

Oh boy is this one good. The third of his 2012 1ers I've had and this one seems the fullest yet most approachable. Mouthcoating finish but still light and refreshing. Not to be confused with Puligny, closer to Chablis really. Big fan so far!
