Bright lemon color with a bit of reduction on the nose that blows off after a few minutes. Golden apple, pear, lemon, struck match, flint, orange peel, acacia, very light oak impressions of vanilla and clove. Very good balance of flavor intensity with the medium plus acidity and 13.5% alcohol. A nice, seamless package. A bit more intensity would be welcome and will likely develop over time. Medium plus finish

Took 15 minutes to open but then glorious, silky, intricate.

Blanc. In the zone. Lemons, minerals, and raciness met with a depth that is finally showing in some 08's.

Sometimes you just need to keep the Burgundy rolling in. Took an hour to open, but this is already all classic White Burg. Balanced, with a ton of ripping acidity.

Singing! Unctuous for an 08, but in a great zone right now.
