Dégorgement: 05/2015, Dosage: 4.5g/l, darker salmon/garnet color, showing development, needs to be decanted as it's a little on the closed side just upon opening, great food champagne.

17/20 (92/100) Аромат спелого красного яблока, сливы, мякоти груши, бананов, персиков и клубники. Довольно тельное с меловой текстурой и высокой кислотностью. Отличный баланс, насыщенный, но не вульгарный вкус. Отличное rosé!
