A Sauvignon Blanc just the way i like it, beautifully matured, elegant fruit, voluminous, mouth-filling, yet mineral, with a long finish, i like it very much

Always as pleasant on its notes of sour apples, pears, peaches... slight fat side of sauvignon is balanced by the freshness of the northern terroirs of the Loire. Good price/pleasure ratio. For meals based on fish with softly spiced dressing.
Toujours aussi plaisant sur ses notes pommes acidulées poires, pêches... côté légèrement gras du sauvignon contre balancé par la fraîcheur des terroirs septentrionaux de Loire. Bon rapport prix/plaisir. Pour des repas bases poissons sauces épices.
