Screwed cap so thought better drink it. Grassy nose but balanced with stones and white fruits. Good balanced acidic lively palate and long finish. Went well with fried salted mackerel. Uni also.

Donna visit 11/5/16. Burst of that grassy nose but balanced by minerals and stone floral hints. Palate that's balanced and went well with fried clams and stringers at Woodman's.
