Nicely resolved showing a slight port quality. Ripe blackberries, dark cherries, black raspberries, dark plum, soft spice, cigar, cinnamon, soft leather, crushed dry rocks, dry red roses, high acidity and elegant long finish. It a shame they lost the Bella Oaks vineyard. Especially, since the people that owned it never did make their own wine; which was why they took it back. It's now in the careful hands of Staglin.

Decanted with vinerator and poured. Opened up significantly over 30 minutes. Classic Napa Cab with fruit plentiful but not overpowering. Good structure. Drinking well but perhaps still before its prime.
