This wine is all about the spices. Sure some dark blue and purple fruits are noticeable but smoked meat and black pepper jump out of your glass. Well structured with medium acidity. Will be great with food

Enjoyed at the Longfellows German-Austrian wine dinner. One component of the Heinrich Red blend. Didn't care for this very much on its own, but did like the other component, the blaufrankisch and enjoyed the blend very much.
