Dark fruit, hint of oak, a little menthol and eucalyptus. Very delicious.

Too aggressive for me, after one day in the fridge all the body is gone, but still plenty of taste which i like better, but the wine is sort of gone with the body... :(

Beautiful herbal nose! Dried cherries and currents on the pallet with a hint of vanilla. Very lean and balanced. Not over Oaked so the fruit shines! Give me more!

Really rather lovely. Hedges carries the torch for sophisticated, terroir-driven WA wines. Bucking the WA trends, they are nearly always balanced and never dominated by new oak or alcohol. They are also quite reasonably priced. This midrange Cabernet-dominated Red Mountain blend has a lovely herbaceous nose that has a touch of Spotteswood about it. Palate is mid-level, finish is short. Note to WA vintners: more of this, please.
