C.M.S. Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

N: dark and dense. Dark fruit and some cool funk in the back.
P: it's big but there's some nice acid to not make it too weighty.

Cozy little wine. Better and more precise than most wine in this category. This is a 9 in context to other less pricey styles.

Yummm one of my favorites!

Really pleasant little value wine. Moderate tannin, moderate acid, dark fruits but not juicy. Nice little weekday wine.

Organic Red. Dark fruit in the nose with dark fruit especially currents in the palate. A 3031 drank in 2025, needs some decanting to bring out the full profile. Was very good with a bison ribeye.

This blend does include non-biodynamic grapes from vineyards they do buy from.

Beautiful color, tannins are not too grippy and slip through the pallet
Deep red fruit, cherries, cranberries, leather, tobacco, and some other funky flavors. I say dirt.
I preferred with some chill. Closer to 60°
Room temp really brought out the leather flavors.

I paid 21.99$

Earthy with a scent that reminded me of sand. It smelled great and was a smooth finish. Would be great with a red meat.

Very tasty for a reasonable price.

Delicious

Good for steak, perhaps.
