Syrah

well balanced oak and acid. tobacco and earth in the nose with lots of dark fruit and medium tannins. nice long finish. so well done and in synch for the region...

Really shows the terroir. Which is it say it is a bit restrained (probably too restrained for some) and allows the interesting pepper notes of Syrah shine through.

Blackberry, raspberry, cherry, vanilla, licorice, oak and hints of white pepper. Good structure and soft tannins.
