Incredible nose of mint, olive, granite, and more olive. Also lavender. It pierced every micro inch of skin in your nostril. So precise and focused. 9.8 nose. The level of detail is on the level of the best St. Jo’s. Palate is seamless. Concentrated, young and structured. But so pure, black fruited and olivey and leaves an intense impression on one’s palate. Dynamite balance and purity. Huge power and depth. Unreal structure. Don’t drink now. I walked so you all can run. Wait 5+ years.

Totally gorgeous spice. Super fine, warm rock dust minerals, and an agreeable black fruited sweetness. Musky phenolics, hint of cocoa, black currant, black plum and blackberry. So smooth, with firm, building tannins on the finish. I love the label too.

Nose : graphite. Blackberry. Beautiful.
Palate: blackberry. Blueberry. Lovely finesse. Dry Good texture. Delicious. A bit of Fresh sweet green olives. It flits in and out.
As this opens the lavender comes out. Bloody gorgeous.
As this opens waaaay more elegant and less blueberry juice.
This needs an hour. Pop and pour and you are missing elite st jo.
