Fascinating- this Cabernet is vinted in a Shiraz-like style, slightly jammy with dark Berry and currant flavors. It excelled as a cocktail wine and even paired nicely with a bowl of tofu miso seaweed soup! This sounds rather odd but this wine *works*.

This Chardonnay is slightly buttery, hitting the palate like a wave, when which subsides, melts into a complex palette of fruity complexity, with citrus, pear, and apricot tones, leading into a bitter lime finish. It is great for pairing with strong tasting foods because it cleanses the flavors from the mouth so one is ready for the next dish 😼

This is one great wine. Day one was strong fennel smell and flavor. Dry, very smooth. Fennel toned down second day with nice dry fruit. A real treat.
