Depth and character that is expressing subtleties of leather and salt and perfect for a cabin hideaway with grilled dry aged rib eye.

Made just to be strong and not to be good. This wine needs a lot of air: hours. It is so strong that it is unpleasant to drink. The finish is especially astringent with a bite that is hard to swallow, especially when first opened. After hours of air this astringency is significantly reduced but the resulting wine is one-dimensional.
