beautiful salinity. dry. good minerality. volcanic soil. lable designed by winemaker's daughter 20 years ago. 2014 vintage. Importer told me it takes 1 kilo of grapes to make 1 bottle of wine. Aidani grape (i -donny) is very finicky. Very little of this grape on Santorini, so this wine is a labor of love.
