It's all about the Greeks... Big luscious funkiness with an elegant finish.

Delicious rustic red from Santorini, bright notes of citrus peel and pomegranate. Paired well with our lamb pasta at Sachet, definitely a food wine. Before food arrived, our guests implied there was too much acid for their taste, but not for me. This one needs some air before opening up. Would be very difficult to identify blind, very few reds with this profile.

A legendary Greek from the isle of Santorini - Mavrotragano. Rustic and woody, if this wine was a Greek myth, it would be the Trojan horse!
