Incredible lively aromas of mint, ripe melon, stone fruit and juicy citrus. Palate has great fruit but is driven by salinity and blazing acidity. This rosé, one my favorites of all time, is like a dead-of-summer fresh watermelon salad with mint and feta, with some EVOO and salt and pepper. That, or Gatorade for those of us who don’t really play sports.

Easily the best rosè I've ever had. So interesting and refreshing. Watermelon slices at the beach. Wonderful saline notes. This probably ruins my future other rosè drinking experiences.
